Returns Policy

Due to the sensitivity of the items, Edens Essentials is unable to accept returns on any supplements or personal care items. 


If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a DVD or book item, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide you with a refund (SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We can, however, provide you with an in-store credit.  Please note a restocking fee (minimum of $5.00-up to $15 depending on the size of order) will be deducted from your return or exchange.

To complete your return, please call us at 1-800-652-7168 to help facilitate a return or a refund processing. 

Please do not send your purchase back to Edens Essentials before calling us to verify if you are eligible for a refund. Call us toll-free at 1-800-652-7168 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Central time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Edens Essentials
does not expedite orders, we ship in the order of which they were received. Edens Essentials holds an order until all items are ready to ship. Edens Essentials normally ships within 5-10 business days, however, on occasion due to the demand volume of an item it could take up to 8 weeks for your order to ship.
