Martinsburg, WV – U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. joined West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey at St. Joseph School in Martinsburg for a press conference celebrating the signing of a new law prohibiting seven harmful food dyes in school lunches starting in August 2025.
